Mr. Yuri and his entourage arrived at the China (Shanghai) Entrepreneurs Public Training Base located at No. 200, Guoding East Road, and learned about the operation mode of the pilot platform and student nursery in detail. While looking at the laser engraving equipment in the trial production area of the platform, Mr. Yuri recognized that the engine and transmission equipment technology came from Belarus and expressed his pride and affection, saying that it symbolized the good beginning of Sino-Belarusian cooperation.

After that, Mr. Yan accompanied the guests to visit the East Center Bay Valley Science and Technology Park and introduced the strategic plan and international layout of the Park and had an in-depth discussion with Mr. Yuri. During the discussion, the two sides discussed the possibility of constructing Sino-White Science and Technology Park in the context of the friendship and mutual promotion between the two countries and the direction of technology exchange, fruit transfer and talent training. President Ding Gang and Vice President Zheng Yufeng of Foreign Economic Relations Group also put forward their professional opinions and ideas on the construction cycle and cooperation mode of overseas parks. On the basis of the original "China-Belarus Hi-Tech Industrial Park Project (Draft)", the three parties fully exchanged views and reached an agreement and signed the agreement on the establishment of "China-Belarus Hi-Tech Industrial Park Project". "A memorandum of cooperation was prepared for the working group and a list of working members was established. Mr. Yuri said that the visit gave him a deeper understanding of China's advanced concepts and practices in the construction of science and technology parks, and he is very confident in the cooperation between China and Belarus.
