In the afternoon of October 15, 2020 National Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Activity Week Ningbo (Yinzhou) branch activities kicked off. 16 October morning, as one of the key activities of the week, in the 2020 Yangtze River Delta Innovation and Entrepreneurship Summit Forum, Ningbo Yinzhou District People's Government and the National Technology Transfer East Center held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony, and released the Yangtze River Delta Dual Innovation Demonstration Base Alliance dual-use technology transfer of the East China Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer. The voucher will further optimize the allocation of innovative resources and the innovative use of financial funds, guide the concentration of various innovative resources, and help promote "resource exchange, service sharing and integrated development" between Yinzhou and the Yangtze River Delta regions.

At the forum, Li Li, Vice President of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center, introduced that with the support of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center has built a functional service platform for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in a whole chain and with all elements. With the strong support of the functional platform, the Eastern Center has also carried out a number of explorations and practices in the technology transfer services in the Yangtze River Delta, including the establishment of a technology transfer sub-center, the organization of an innovation challenge and the operation of technology innovation vouchers. She also said that in the future, the East National Technology Transfer Center, as the operating unit of the coupons, will actively explore the cooperation mode and tailor-made a set of "Yangtze River Delta Dual Innovation Demonstration Base Alliance Dual Innovation Coupons General Conversation" overall implementation plan for the Yinzhou district to accelerate the integration of Yinzhou into the Yangtze River Delta and boost the integration of Yinzhou into the Yangtze River Delta.
