2017 "Entrepreneurship in Shanghai" International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Special Session 2 of the Science and Technology Service Industry (Technology Transfer Direction) begins

On May 31, with the support of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, the 2017 "Entrepreneurship in Shanghai" International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Conference was organized by the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center, and co-organized by Shanghai National University Technology Market, Flying Sky Technology Service Platform, Shanghai Library and other organizations. The second session of the Science and Technology Services Session (Technology Transfer) continued at the National Eastern Center for Technology Transfer's Resident Activity Hall.

The second round, in which representatives of dozens of organizations and companies from the technology services industry participated, involved participants choosing an outcome from a pool of 200 questions and defending their service capability output on the spot in conjunction with the 30 directions of the competing service capability.

The service direction of this competition covers result value analysis, engineering technology consulting and competitive market analysis in the field of technology transfer, which are the key capabilities needed to promote the industrialization of universities, research institutes and science and technology-based enterprises, and the market fundamentals that need to be fostered in the overall transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

The competition adopts the "15+5" time design mode and the three-loop flow design of "background introduction + problem solving + on-site defense", and the problem bank and service direction adopts "200+30". "The number of levels, a total of 2 Yangtze River Delta city tour, 2 pre-competition Q&A sessions, attracted more than 80 intended participants to consult and answer questions, more than 50 offline entries, a total of three batches of a total of 12 science and technology experts were invited to point out and evaluate the project, for Shanghai's technology transfer industry, institutional clustering and policy service release to do a good service capability guide.
