On the morning of July 22, Chen Qing, Director of the Incubator Management Division of the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, and his delegation visited the National Center for Technology Transfer East (NCTE).

Accompanied by Mr. Xie and Mr. Yan, Director Chen visited the G0 workbench and the trade exhibition hall on the second floor, and learned more about the global layout, multi-level business system, university inquiry system, and the development system of science and technology finance, capital market, and service platform that are being innovated and developed by East Center in the past year. Director Chen pinned high hopes on the role played by the East Center, a fourth-party platform, in the ecological chain of technology transfer.

Afterwards, Director Chen and his delegation visited Warburg Pincus Information Technology Co., Ltd. to experience the find intelligent piano and listen to Warburg Pincus' outstanding practical achievements in smart city solutions.
