At 15:00 on June 23rd, the "International Session on the Policy of Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Vouchers" organized by the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center (ENTTC) was successfully held, with over 1,000 people watching the live broadcast. The Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Voucher Operation Team explained the policy and application procedures of innovation vouchers to foreign-funded enterprises in a live online session.

In preparation for the live broadcast, the Eastern Center visited the Consulate General of Australia in Shanghai, the Representative Office of the State of New South Wales of Australia in Shanghai, the Consulate General of Canada in Shanghai, the Consulate General of the State of Israel in Shanghai, the Technology and Entrepreneurship Center of the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Denmark in Shanghai, the Consulate General of the Republic of Sri Lanka in Shanghai, the Consulate General of Switzerland in Shanghai, the Consulate General of Flanders of Belgium and the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Shanghai. More than ten overseas agencies in Shanghai, such as the Flanders Investment and Trade Office of the regional government, the Quebec government office in Shanghai, and the Shanghai Center of the Swiss Trade and Investment Agency, with the support of several consulates and agencies in Shanghai, have been promoting and marketing to their home countries' companies in Shanghai through these platforms. Also participating in the live broadcast were Japanese and Korean companies that collaborate with the platform through overseas channels. It is worth mentioning that Mr. Bart Boschmans Lambertsen, Chief Representative of Flanders Investment and Trade Bureau of the Flemish Regional Government, recorded a video for the live broadcast, in which he encouraged more companies in Shanghai to understand and use the Shanghai STI Voucher.
