In order to strengthen the exchange of scientific and technological activities in Shanghai and Zunyi, and to give full play to the role of the platform of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center in Zunyi, to raise awareness of technology transfer, to promote the understanding of technology transfer workflow and docking channels, and to guide enterprises to actively participate in technology transfer, on May 21, the Shanghai-Zunyi branch of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center was established. Under the guidance of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission and Zunyi Science and Technology Bureau, Zunyi Hi-Tech Zone, Eastern National Technology Transfer Center and Shanghai Science and Technology Exhibition Co. More than 120 staff members from Zunyi Science and Technology Bureau, county (district and city) science and technology management departments, and representatives of science and technology enterprises in the city attended the training.

The training was conducted through the Tencent Meeting app, and Yang Wenshuo, chairman of Shanghai University Science Park Investment Management Co. The training centered on the analysis of the difficulties of technological innovation, the function of technology transfer on technological innovation, the initiatives of technology transfer, how to quickly judge high-tech projects, how to find suitable partners and other six aspects, and at the same time, with the combination of technology transfer practical cases, explained the impact of technology transfer on innovation, relevant workflow and attention to participants. The training was informative and focused, achieving the expected results and receiving high praise from enterprises for the "high content" and benefits.

Next, the Zunyi Branch of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center will continue to serve as a platform for Zunyi Hi-Tech Zone enterprises to introduce good ideas and methods of technology transfer from Shanghai into Zunyi, and continue to launch technology transfer activities linking Shanghai and Zunyi to promote enterprises' technology needs, demand matching and technology development. The Zunyi Sub-center will serve as a bridge between Shanghai and Zunyi to promote the development of technology transfer within the region.
