Leaders of the research group listened carefully to the report on the preparations and ideas for the establishment of the National Technology Transfer Center East, saying that the construction of the technology transfer center will also help the Bay Valley Park to establish an important position in the park under the system of the Administrative Committee and become a technology distribution center; and combining the advantages of the rich physical space and unique geographical location of the Bay Valley, the implementation of administrative reform pilot, involved in the government network line to build the northern center of the Administrative Committee.
