In order to further strengthen the Shanghai-Dalian science and technology cooperation, enhance the synergy of technology transfer and fruit transformation between the two places, realize the complementary advantages of the two places, and serve the innovation and development of local enterprises, on August 23, the "2019 Shanghai-Dalian science and technology cooperation", co-sponsored by the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission and Dalian Science and Technology Bureau, was held in Shanghai. The "Exchange Event - Technology Transfer Session" was successfully held at the Dalian Branch Center of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center in Dalian Hi-Tech Zone.
