In the morning of June 13, 2019 National Mass Entrepreneurship and Mass Innovation Week (hereinafter referred to as "Shuangchuang") with the theme of "gathering the vitality of Shuangchuang and surging development momentum" was launched in Yuhang Dream Town, Hangzhou.
