At the training session, Li Li, CTO of the Center, first introduced the current implementation of innovation vouchers. She said that the new innovation voucher platform has been in trial operation for more than three months, and has gathered nearly 1,000 enterprises and more than 300 service providers with more than 1,000 services released on the platform. The new platform has three major features: (1) the scope of support is maximized, with 32 services in six major categories and 14 sub-categories, covering the entire process of services needed for innovation and entrepreneurship; (2) implementation is facilitated, as the new platform is equivalent to an online shopping mall for science and technology services, with buyers purchasing services and sellers redeeming innovation vouchers; and (3) payment exchange is normalized, with year-round acceptance and quarterly payment.
