Viva Tech builds a new bridge between China and France

Viva Technology, the fourth edition of Europe's leading tech startup summit, was successfully held at the Porte de Versailles Exhibition and Convention Center in Paris on May 18. The event attracted more than 100,000 participants from 125 countries and regions, with about 9,000 startups among the exhibitors, making it a major event in the global technology sector.

Viva Tech is the largest science and technology innovation exhibition in France and Europe. The principle of the exhibition is "big companies (organizations) set up the stage, innovative companies showcase", which aims to promote the interface between the technology needs of big companies and the solutions of innovative companies, and is in line with the original purpose of the China Innovation Challenge (Shanghai) and the Yangtze River Delta International Innovation Challenge. The China Pavilion is one of the organizers of the China Pavilion. As one of the organizers of the China Pavilion, one of the main objectives of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center's participation in France is to develop an ongoing cooperation with Viva Tech and to facilitate the connection between Viva Tech and similar events in China, such as the China Innovation Challenge, which will be launched at the Pujiang Innovation Forum - Global Technology Transfer Conference on May 26th, in order to help the two countries. Joint development of companies and institutions in science, technology and innovation.

On the eve of the exhibition, China Pavalion-Shanghai Pavilion exhibitors had a day-long visit. They visited Dassault Systèmes, the world's leading open innovation system, and visited its 3D ExperienceLab innovation lab to get a closer look at the open innovation model of a major French company.

Viva Tech was officially opened on May 16, local time, with French President Emmanuel Macron attending the event and delivering a speech. He said that Tech for Good (Tech for Good) is increasingly important at the moment. "We are more inclusive than we were, especially in terms of affirmative action, and we also have a greater commitment to the environment, but there is still much to be done. In the tech sector, responsibility is becoming more and more important. The innovation and energy on display was impressive, but all companies and entrepreneurs should keep their social mission in mind. That's why VivaTech will always combine with technology for the best."
