Shanghai Normal University (SMU) is a comprehensive university in Shanghai, jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. 1. SJ Bio-organic fertilizer

The use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides has brought about a series of problems such as environmental pollution, the decline of soil ecological functions and the safety of agricultural products. Therefore, we selected multi-functional strains with excellent characteristics from the soil between plant roots, and made them into compound bio-fertilizer through modern fermentation technology, laying the foundation for improving the physical and chemical properties of the soil, increasing soil fertility, and increasing crop yield and quality.

The innovation of the bio-organic fertilizer lies in the complex fermentation of multiple strains of highly active inter-root bacteria, active bacteria and excipients are well compatible with each other; in promoting crop growth, but also to suppress crop diseases, and even alleviate soil salinity; can increase agricultural production, but also to improve the quality of agricultural products.

The bio-organic fertilizer has been tested in eight cooperatives and more than 30 growers in Pudong, Shanghai. At the beginning, the soil in the cooperative park was typical of saline soils with slow crop growth. After using this bio-organic fertilizer, the yield of various crops (such as cherry tomatoes, zucchini, cowpeas, strawberries, etc.) increased significantly, and the quality and disease resistance were also improved. The project has been reported by the Oriental Town and Country Newspaper and the Lifestyle Channel of Shanghai TV.

Main use: As fertilizer, mainly used for the production of vegetables, fruits, flowers, tea, etc.; can also be used for soil improvement.

Economic value: There are currently more than 800 biofertilizer producers in the country, with an annual output of more than 9 million tons. Nearly 1,600 of the fertilizer products produced have obtained temporary registration certificates for products under the Ministry of Agriculture's approach, and nearly 700 of them have been converted to full registration. The effectiveness of bio-fertilizers is gradually being recognized and their application is expanding. Thus, once the products of the project are available on the market, they will bring good economic benefits.

Social benefits: At present, the country attaches great importance to environmental issues and the safety of agricultural products, requiring governments at all levels to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and chemical pesticides, the general public has recognized the advantages of bio-organic fertilizers. The state from the 'Tenth Five-Year' since the increased support for bio-fertilizer, as bio-fertilizer application area continues to expand, the acceptance of bio-fertilizer growers are also increasing, which plays an important role in promoting agricultural production. It can be expected that China's bio-fertilizer industry will continue to grow and develop under the new situation.

 

2、Laboratory ultra-pure water refrigeration and intelligent control system

In order to meet the water quality requirements of different experiments, we have developed a new laboratory ultra-pure water and refrigeration intelligent control system, an ultra-pure water refrigeration energy saving control device, using fully automatic embedded microcomputer integrated control system, the hardware system developed for the PID controller, silicon controlled rectifier, water level meter, refrigeration bucket, electric cooler and temperature sensors, with remote control and diagnostic functions; to achieve Automatic operation intelligence, the developed software system adopts computer theory to realize artificial intelligence, just like using a smart phone, real-time monitoring system operation status and parameters, no need for special guards to operate, intelligent control system has very obvious interdisciplinary structure characteristics; The developed monitoring system can automatically synchronize all kinds of system operation data from the memory database, including water quality monitoring, records and alarm information. Flow rate, pressure monitoring, oxidizable total organic carbon content monitoring, time of use records, the whole system up to 6 conductivity meters, the whole process of water production at each stage of the comprehensive monitoring, to ensure that the system provides timely and stable quality of water of various qualities and temperature.

 

3. High-throughput, high-strength, pollution-resistant PVDF hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane.

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane by virtue of its good thermodynamic stability, chemical stability and hollow fiber membrane filling density advantages, widely used in bilayer (ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis process), membrane bioreactor (MBR) and other water treatment process. However, due to the strong hydrophobicity of PVDF, the flux is small, the use of the process is easy to contaminate, to a large extent, to shorten its service life and reduce the membrane treatment capacity. Therefore, the development of PVDF hollow fiber membrane with good hydrophilicity, high stability and good mechanical strength can break the limitations of existing commercial products.

The project uses the synergistic modification of PVDF hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane, compared to pure PVDF membrane water flux increased 190%, mechanical properties increased 80%, repeated pollution test flux attenuation significantly reduced, to ensure that the modified PVDF hollow fiber membrane has a stronger treatment capacity and life.

 

4. Wearable heart monitors

The design of this product not only incorporates years of research on TCM informatics to detect accurate signals, but also is small, aesthetically pleasing and easy to wear.

It can measure the user's heart rate and electrocardiogram in real time, and the user can receive Bluetooth signals through the phone to know the heart condition at any time, and make decisions about daily protective measures and whether to seek medical attention based on the alarm.

This product is not only suitable for heart patients, the elderly, the military, drivers, infants and children, but also for any other ordinary people who are too busy to see a doctor, especially those who are concerned about their heart health.

 

5, Near-infrared micro-nanoluminescent materials and synergistic EVA film preparation technology

Solar cells are one of the most effective technologies for the efficient use of solar energy. Improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency and reducing the production cost is the main development direction. The project developed a YAB/SiO2 near-infrared micro-nanoluminescent material; YAB/SiO2 near-infrared micro-nanoluminescent material is light gray in appearance; strong absorption in the UV region; excitation wavelength of 350nm-650nm, emission spectrum of 950-1100nm; surface swelling method, the uniform dispersion of adsorption on the surface of EVA film, to obtain a near-infrared micro-nanoluminescent material. Infrared light conversion EVA film.

Powder and film technology has been through a small pilot test, the technology is mature, and can be fully industrialized. The system can make good use of the synergistic EVA film can be solar energy, can improve the light transmission rate of EVA film, after a number of trial tests, improve the efficiency of about 0.5-1.0 percentage points, but also can improve the aging performance of EVA film. Effectively extend the service life of EVA film.

Application fields: crystalline silicon solar cells, rare earth luminescent materials.

 

6、New Photocatalytic Air Purifier

Most of our lives are spent indoors, and indoor air pollution has a more significant impact on our health than outside environmental pollution. Using air purifiers indoors can improve air quality, but how to quickly, efficiently, and permanently remove indoor air pollutants is still a difficult task in developing air purifiers. With photocatalytic technology as the core, the design of a new air purifier can quickly, efficiently, and permanently remove air pollutants.

Technical innovation: (1) Compared with membrane, we use powder catalyst to purify the air and test the purification effect of formaldehyde and toluene. From the experimental data, the complete elimination of harmful gases, no secondary pollution, purification efficiency is significantly improved. (2) using traditional ultraviolet light irradiation photocatalyst degradation of formaldehyde, toluene, and integrated use of ultraviolet light sterilization; (3) no filter design, no need for frequent replacement and cleaning of the filter.
