        The 12th Five-Year Plan Science and Technology Innovation Achievements Exhibition, hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Equipment Development of the Military Commission, was officially launched at the Beijing Exhibition Center from June 1 to 7, showcasing the new progress and achievements made in China's science and technology innovation and reform over the past five years. As a pioneer of innovation and development in Shanghai, the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center (ENTTC) brought a number of important scientific and technological achievements to the Shanghai section of the 12th Five-Year Plan Science and Technology Innovation Achievements Exhibition.
        The National Technology Transfer Eastern Center is a regional technology transfer platform jointly promoted by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, and officially settled in Shanghai Yangpu Bay Valley Technology Park in November 2014. As a fourth-party platform dedicated to establishing technology transfer market rules, providing process guidance, and providing business demonstrations for innovative technology transfer businesses, the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center has rapidly built a technology transfer ecosystem that integrates the three functions of basic services, professional technology services, and capital services within a year of its establishment.
        This year, the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center has participated in the 4th China (Shanghai) International Technology Import and Export Fair, spearheaded the advocacy of the China Technology Transfer Alliance, and hosted Shanghai's first international competition. By taking advantage of Shanghai's geographical location, a spatial pattern has been formed with Shanghai as the core, radiating the Yangtze River Delta development zone, covering the Silk Road Economic Belt and South Asia as well as the whole world. We will operate technology transfer and transformation with market-oriented mechanism, promote enterprise transformation and upgrading with open innovation, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements with result transformation operation platform, and catalyze the transformation of achievements with the integration of scientific and technological capital.
