On the occasion of the first anniversary of the establishment of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center, we were pleased to see that the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center launched its own brand magazine "Eastern Observation" at the 4th China (Shanghai) International Technology Import and Export Fair (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Fair"). Shou Ziqi, Director of the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, made the opening remarks of the Eastern Observation entitled "Make up for shortcomings, grasp implementation, and vigorously promote the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements". He pointed out that "promoting the transfer of scientific and technological achievements must follow the law of scientific and technological innovation, must be oriented towards the long-term needs of the country and the actual needs of the economy and society, and must adhere to systematic design, collaborative promotion and multi-pronged measures".

Focusing on the "Four Ones" to speed up the transfer and transformation of technological achievements, EastWatch focuses on the technology transfer industry, domestic and international development history, model changes, and continuous tracking and in-depth study of cutting-edge trends. After more than a year of sedimentation and accumulation, it has emerged from the cocoon, aiming at observing the actual case patterns of technology transfer transformation from a new industry perspective, and thinking deeply about their inherent rules, and transforming them into in-depth and readable articles for the technology transfer industry.
