On October 29th, the Third National Network of Eastern National Technology Transfer Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Eastern Center") held a successful conference in Shanghai, and invited representatives from Jinan, Chongqing, Fujian, Fenhu, Yuhang, Kunshan, Jiangyin, Lanzhou, Zibo, Dongying, Jishou, Xuzhou, Xinjiang, Dalian, Shaoxing, and Zibo to attend. Tongling, Pinghu, Zunyi, Yunnan, Huzhou, Nantong, Yueqing, Huantai, Taizhou, Fenghua, Gansu and other branches and partners from 26 provinces and cities in China gathered at the Eastern Center. With the Eastern Center as the base, a nationwide technology transfer exchange and cooperation network has been established.

As one of the important activities of Global Technology Transfer 2020, with the theme of "Collaboration, Empowering Innovation", the conference has deepened the cooperative relationship between the East Center and its channel partners, and in the field of technological innovation, the East Center will form a closer community of interests and destiny with its channel partners. We are working together with our channel partners towards the goal of omnichannel service expansion and cross-regional collaboration and innovation.

Mr. Liang Bing, Deputy Director of Innovation Service Department of Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, delivered a speech for the conference, sharing his experience on the current development of global technological innovation, the unprecedented opportunities and challenges brought by the establishment of Shanghai as an innovation center with global influence, as well as the ecological trends of the future development of science and technology innovation in Shanghai.

After that, Mr. Xie Jihua, President of National Technology Transfer Eastern Center, made a wonderful speech on how to gather global innovation elements and resources and provide full-chain services for collaborative innovation in science and technology, and gave a detailed introduction on the full-element layout, full-channel collaboration and full-chain services of the entire Eastern Center, and sincerely invited all branch centers and partners to work together with the Eastern Center to build a collaborative innovation ecological network and contribute to the national science and technology innovation reform. Next, Mr. Zou Shujun, CEO of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center, shared his experience on the value enhancement of industrial factors from the perspective of technology transfer. The Eastern National Technology Transfer Center will take technology transfer as an entry point, focus on industry as the key service target, and provide more accurate value services to our partners based on global industrial factors.
