On the afternoon of September 18, 2020, a training session on "Overseas Intellectual Property Risk Early Warning" and "Intellectual Property Pledge Financing Business" was held in the roadshow hall of Yueqing Smart Electric Industry Engineers Collaborative Innovation Center in Yueqing Economic Development Zone. The event was organized by Yueqing Science and Technology Bureau, Yueqing Market Supervision Bureau, Yueqing Branch of People's Bank of China, and undertaken by Yueqing Branch of Eastern National Technology Transfer Center. Yueqing City Patenters Association, Yueqing Bay Electric Power Science and Technology Town, Yueqing Intelligent Electric Industry Engineers Collaborative Innovation Center and Shanghai David Levine Intellectual Property Agency Limited co-organized the event, and the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center was invited to attend. At the event, Mr. Zhou Sen Sen, Deputy Director of Yueqing Science and Technology Bureau and Mr. Liu Yang, Director of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center delivered speeches for the event.

In the current increasingly complex international trade environment, the importance of intellectual property risks, especially overseas intellectual property risks, and the ability of enterprises to identify and prevent risks are attracting attention from all sides. Against this background, the organizer held this training activity according to the actual situation of Yueqing enterprises. Liang Jianzhong, the person in charge of Shanghai David Levine Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. and Gao Enci, vice president of Agricultural Bank of China Yueqing Liushi Sub-branch, were invited to give lectures to the enterprises. The training provided a theoretical foundation for enterprises to reduce the risk of market disputes in overseas trade. At the same time, through the interpretation of Yueqing's intellectual property pledge financing policy, it helped enterprises to be better familiar with the process of intellectual property pledge financing and provided paths for enterprises to understand and use the policy well, so as to promote the prosperous development of enterprises.

The training attracted more than 80 middle and senior managers from the intellectual property department, R&D department and overseas sales department of more than 50 scientific and technological enterprises and institutions in Yueqing City. It provided a good training opportunity for enterprises to implement intellectual property strategy in operation, improve the awareness of risk identification and risk prevention ability, and improve the practical ability of intellectual property pledge financing. During the training, the two experts conducted in-depth analysis and shared their experience with the participants with reference to actual cases, focusing on the themes of "Overseas Intellectual Property Risk Early Warning" and "Intellectual Property Pledge Financing" respectively. The lecturer's questions and interaction were very effective.
