On August 18, Wang Xiaojun, member of the Standing Committee of Dongying Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Dongying City, and his delegation visited the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center, and was warmly received by Zou Shujun, CEO of the Eastern Center, Zhu Ye, Vice President of the Eastern Center, and Liu Yang, Director of Cooperation and Training Department. The two sides signed the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement on the Establishment of the Dongying Branch of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center" during the exchange forum and made new progress in the direction of future cooperation.

During the visit, the two sides discussed and exchanged views on the development history, business composition and construction of the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center, as well as related topics of the technology transfer industry. Vice Mayor Wang Xiaojun affirmed the development of the East National Technology Transfer Center in recent years, and visited the Shanghai-Kunming Science and Technology Innovation Center.

After the site visit and investigation, the two sides held a cooperation meeting. During the negotiation, Mr. Zou Shujun, President of the Eastern Center, introduced the history of development, strategic layout and the establishment mode of domestic and overseas branch centers; Mr. Wang Xiaodong, Vice Mayor of the Eastern Center, introduced the current situation of Dongying's industry and the problems encountered in the development and construction. At the same time, he asked the participants to take the opportunity to effectively carry out the construction project of Dongying Sub-center, industrial technology transfer and information exchange of technical achievements, etc. in the light of the current development situation of Dongying, so as to contribute to the development of Dongying. Afterwards, the leaders of Dongying Science and Technology Bureau and Investment Promotion Bureau put forward their needs for business cooperation with the East Center one by one.

After the future Dongying Branch Center project is formally settled, relying on the rich science and technology resources and high-quality technology transfer services of the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center, it will be built into a regional technology transfer platform integrating information sharing, technology transaction services, technology financial innovation, technology transfer, technology transfer broker cultivation, intellectual property rights services, and technology transfer big data, and will gather a number of high-end, professional technology transfer service institutions. In order to promote the transfer and linkage of scientific and technological resources between "Hudong" and "Hudong", the Dongying Branch Center will be used as a link to help the construction of innovation system and industrial upgrading in Dongying region.
