During the opening ceremony, Mr. Zou Shujun, Executive Vice President of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center (ENTTC), gave a speech on the topic of "Building an Ecological System for the Transfer and Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center (ENTTC)". He introduced to the guests how NTME is committed to building a fourth-party platform with platformization, internationalization, marketization, capitalization and specialization by gathering resources from the demand side, achievement side and service side to create an innovation ecological system for technology transfer and to help Shanghai build a "science and technology center with global influence".
