In the afternoon of April 25, Chen Qi, deputy director of the Xinjiang Science and Technology Department, led a group of 11 people to visit the East National Technology Transfer Center to carry out research and exchange, and Zou Shujun, executive vice president of the East National Technology Transfer Center, and colleagues from the Global Channel Operation and Maintenance Center received the visitors.

Accompanied by Mr. Zou, the leaders of Xinjiang Science and Technology Department firstly had a preliminary understanding of the construction background of the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center, the Shanghai Technology Exchange, the Shanghai National University Technology Market, the international technology transfer function gathering area in the Zhangjiang Demonstration Zone, the functional positioning and service content of the demonstration zone and other related information.

Afterwards, the leaders and their entourage visited the multi-functional hall of the National Center for Technology Transfer East (NCTE). They had a preliminary understanding of the service system construction, ecological system creation and a series of work around the core of technology transfer of the National Center for Technology Transfer East.

At the symposium, Mr. Zou gave a detailed introduction on the platform positioning, strategic layout, service system, result transformation, talent training, overseas expansion and other aspects of the construction of the Eastern Center. At the same time, an in-depth discussion was held on the establishment model, operation mechanism, development, supporting services and market development of the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center, Shanghai Technology Exchange and Shanghai Technology Transfer Institute. The leaders of Xinjiang Science and Technology Department expressed their hope that Shanghai and Xinjiang will further strengthen the communication, promote the cooperation and exchange of science and technology at different levels, realize the complementary advantages based on their respective advantages and existing resources, and explore more interconnection and communication by combining the established network layout of the Eastern Center in Xinjiang.
