The "Belt and Road" ICT industry development and policy exchange meeting was held smoothly

On November 2, the "One Belt, One Road" ICT Industry Development and Policy Exchange Conference was held at the National Technology Center under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Shanghai Communications Regulatory Bureau, China Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Alliance, hosted by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, undertaken by the Data Center Alliance and the National Eastern Technology Transfer Center, and co-organized by the Shanghai CIO Alliance. Xiao Fan, Director of Economic Development Division of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration Committee, made a detailed introduction to the overall situation of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, he said that with the implementation of China's free trade zone strategy and the "One Belt, One Road" policy, the pilot free trade zone should "continue to actively and boldly break into, boldly test, independent reform". Cao Lei, Information and Communication Development Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Jiang Xudong, Director of the Information and Communication Management Division of the Shanghai Municipal Communications Administration, introduced the overall situation of the opening up of China's telecommunications business to the outside world and the opening up of value-added telecommunications business in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, respectively. The afternoon session of "Belt and Road" Artificial Intelligence Development Outlook was equally exciting. Wang Feiyue, vice president and secretary-general of the Chinese Society of Automation, delivered an opening speech, analyzing the realm of intelligence in the Belt and Road from a macro and historical perspective, which is to make China a pioneer of globalization in the Third Axis era, and to promote the grounding of AI industry in the world by promoting mutually beneficial cooperation along the Belt and Road. Amazon, Shanghai Zendai Himalayan, Deep Forensics, UCloud, KuangShi Technologies, East China Branch of China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, Hangzhou Release Code Dahua and other companies have shared the new technology and direction of AI in their respective fields. The areas covered include: introduction of Amazon AI and customer experience, underlying logic of voice in the era of intelligent AI, underlying innovation to drive AI development, AI+cloud combination, new security in AI navigating data ocean, Iris+ and other latest technologies and development ideas.

The seminar brought together authoritative voices from the government and enterprises, giving many constructive opinions on the innovation and application of ICT technology, and also played a positive role in promoting innovation in the field of intelligent development and grasping the development trend of the industry for enterprises, effectively promoting cooperation and communication between the industry, which was fully affirmed by the participants and was very rewarding.
