On July 6, 2017, the China Jiangsu-University Cooperation and Matchmaking Meeting and the 6th Industry-University-Research Cooperation Achievements Exhibition was held at the Nanjing International Expo Center. At the meeting, the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center and the Jiangsu Productivity Center signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, which is another hand in hand after the first cooperation between the two sides two years ago, aiming to further promote the comprehensive deepening of cooperation between the two sides in the fields of technology trading, financial services, technology transfer service system, international exchange and other areas on the basis of the good results achieved in the consolidation of information and data, human exchanges and so on.

The National Technology Transfer Eastern Center and Jiangsu Productivity Center have become strategic partners and will actively play the role of "complementary advantages, regional synergy and innovation". The two sides will establish a "resource information sharing" mechanism to continuously import and update information on demand, supply, transactions and services in the technology transfer process. With the advantage of its international platform, the East Center and the Promotion Center will jointly carry out international exchange and cooperation to drive technology import and export from the Yangtze River Delta region, the Belt and Road countries, forming a connectivity and helping enterprises in the two regions to transform and upgrade their industries and their demand for high technology. At the same time, the East Center will provide "supporting services" for technology transfer, such as policy consultation, intellectual property protection, technology trading, and technology finance, to accelerate the transformation and landing of technological achievements of the two regions.

At the meeting, Geng Zhanxiu, former inspector of the Department of High and New Technology of the Ministry of Science and Technology and executive vice president of China Productivity Promotion Association, delivered a keynote speech, and 11 famous domestic and foreign science and technology organizations, such as Franhofer Society of Germany, Stäubli University, University of Edinburgh, Wurzmann Institute of Research in Israel, Pakistan Institute of Space Technology, East National Technology Transfer Center, Shenzhen Research Institute of Tsinghua University, Likewarm Group, Provincial Productivity Promotion Center, etc., gave a speech. Service providers do referral roadshows.

Yan Mingfeng said in the promotion roadshow on the theme of "Practice and Exploration of Technology Transfer in Shanghai" that the difficulty and pain point of technology transfer is how to ensure the continuity of the results transformation chain. The East Center wants to open up every joint and create an overall ecological system for technology transfer. This is a very difficult task, so we need to join hands with more sister organizations. Get involved in this technology transfer thing and gather more energy.

Jiang Yuejian, deputy director of Jiangsu Science and Technology Department, and Zhao Zhiqiang, director of Jiangsu Provincial Productivity Center and chairman of the Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Service Alliance, attended the meeting. More than 120 representatives of science and technology service agencies from 10 international science and technology service agencies, members of the Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Service Alliance, more than 250 representatives of science and technology service demand enterprises from cities and hi-tech zones (science and technology parks), and representatives of science and technology management departments such as science and technology bureau and management committee attended the event, with a total of about 400 participants.
