Shanghai Institute of Technology (SIST) is a major applied research university in Shanghai, with a coordinated development of engineering, science, economics, management, literature, law, art and other disciplines. 1. Terahertz tablet detector

As a new type of far-infrared spectrometer, this instrument can analyze the composition of the substance under test by measuring its spectral characteristics in the terahertz band. Compared with the domestic THz time-domain spectrometer, this instrument has strong stability, fast detection speed and high accuracy, which can quickly and effectively analyze and distinguish the composition of the tested tablets. It has been granted 10 invention patents by the state and 23 invention patents are under application.

 

2. Key technology of high-speed heavy-duty traction elevator

This project belongs to the field of mechanical science and technology. With the rapid development of high-rise buildings in China, the requirements of elevator safety, high speed, comfort, stability and reliability are further greatly enhanced, and the development of intelligent elevator is the major strategic goal of elevator development in China. On the one hand, the problems such as traction machine volume increase, car vibration aggravation, lack of reliability and safety measures caused by high speed have become the technical bottleneck restricting the development of elevators in China, on the other hand, intelligent safety monitoring technology based on Internet of Things is the key factor to solve the current low safety of elevators in China. This project aims to realize "safe, comfortable, reliable and controllable" elevator products, and to overcome key technologies such as structural optimization and intelligent detection of traction elevators, and has achieved a series of innovative achievements of international leading level.

Developed a high speed and heavy load high torque traction machine structure, solving the problem of the increase in volume of traction machine when heavy load needs high power output and invented the intelligent hidden danger early warning technology of traction rope, in view of the existing car short distance is difficult to suppress the problem of overweight and weightlessness, invented the electronic car intelligent damping technology, offset the discomfort caused by the speed change during the vibration process by the dynamic force real-time compensation, and reduce the maximum amplitude. 60%, developed intelligent elevator Internet of Things and cloud computing service platform, developed professional software with independent intellectual property rights, which has been applied in GRPS passenger elevator series, filling the blank of domestic elevator intelligent control application technology. 3、Based on intelligent power management, the cooling water residual pressure recovery energy-saving technology

In order to make full and extensive use of the cooling water surplus pressure, we use the water turbine to convert the surplus pressure in the cooling tower system into electrical energy, and adopt intelligent power management technology, and give priority to using the electricity from the turbine to supply the electricity needed for the operation of the fan motor, while the shortage is supplemented by the power grid, thus realizing the wide-area use of the surplus pressure. The generator set adopts permanent magnet synchronous motor, which is more efficient and energy saving.

The innovation of this technology lies in the intelligent control of the fan power supply power saving and its optimized design of the entire cooling tower system, to get rid of the seasonal restrictions. The key technology lies in the integrated monitoring and control of the turbine capacity, fan energy consumption and grid energy supply, so that the turbine can provide stable power under different flow conditions. The main technical indicators are: cooling water residual pressure, turbine rotation speed and output power, fan rotation speed and power consumption, power grid connection power and so on.
Cooling tower is mainly through convection and evaporation of heat exchange will circulate the waste heat in the cooling water discharge to the air with the general mechanical equipment cooling water device, widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, power, textile and other industries, and from industrial expansion to civilian, such as applied to the building central air conditioning system, cooling tower cooling water circulation system with residual pressure can be applied to this technology.

 

4. Graphene/sulfur composite lithium-sulfur battery cathode materials

After a long period of exploration and research, through independent R&D and cooperation with leading international laboratories, the core technical members of the team have achieved world-class scientific research results and rich experience in small-scale testing in sulfur cathode materials, and have now completed the laboratory stage and small-scale testing in the laboratory. The goal of moving from laboratory to industrialization.

The energy density of the soft-pack lithium-sulfur battery made of the graphene/sulfur composite anode material prepared in the laboratory of the project team has reached 300Wh/kg (currently the energy density of Tesla's commercial ternary material battery is 200Wh/kg), and it is expected that with the improvement of the performance of the anode material, the energy density of the lithium-sulfur battery will increase to 500Wh/kg in 2-3 years.

 

5、Key technology and multi-domain application of lightweight design of mechanical structure based on bionic principle.

To achieve lightweight mechanical structure, not only can reduce product costs, but also can reduce the total installed power of equipment, change the form of drive, improve operating efficiency and operational performance, so the lightweight structure technology has become the key to China's mechanical product technology innovation and upgrading, is a key technology bottleneck mechanical products to high-end development must break through.

Since 2005, the project team has carried out the key technology research on lightweight design of mechanical structure with the goal of realizing lightweight mechanical structure and further realizing the upgrading of mechanical products. With the support of many projects at national, provincial and ministerial levels, through the in-depth cooperation and research of the university and enterprises, we have invented many key technologies for lightweight design of mechanical structure, and on the basis of realizing lightweight structure, we have invented many innovative technologies for key components of typical mechanical products, and finally integrated and developed many innovative and upgraded mechanical products.

The key technology developed by the invention has been applied to upgrade the products of eight enterprises in the industries of automotive seats, port equipment and marine vessels, machine tools and robots, construction machinery, mining machinery, etc., realizing the innovation and upgrade of the whole machine system technology and performance. The average weight reduction of car seat frame is 15.4%, the average weight reduction of harbor equipment structure is 6% -15%, the innovative harbor equipment developed has been exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe and other regions. This project has authorized 16 invention patents, 16 utility model patents and 2 software copyrights.

 

6、Screening of good microorganisms in yellow wine brewing process and development of new yellow wine products

The yeast protoplasts were selected for their stress tolerance and fermentation rate, and the strains and brewing process were evaluated for their contribution to the flavor of yellow wine.

Main technical indexes: The obtained brewer's yeast has fast fermentation rate, good environmental resistance (can tolerate 18 % alcohol, has good adaptability to high osmotic pressure of 1.6 mol/L, has good growth under lactic acid of up to 54 g/L), high substrate utilization rate and high wine yield.

 

7, Proton therapy instrument 360 ° rotation rack

This project, together with the proton heavy ion accelerator and the beam current transport system, constitutes the proton therapy equipment, which is mainly used for the treatment of tumors in critical locations, tumors surrounded by often sensitive and healthy tissues, and children's tumors. The project has 2 international patents and 6 domestic patents.

 

8、Energy storage system based on advanced lithium ternary material batteries

The purpose of this project is to design and manufacture an energy storage system based on inexpensive ternary lithium-ion battery, which can be used for backup power or energy storage power station, and can reduce the cost by more than 30% compared with the energy storage system based on lithium iron phosphate, and the energy density is higher, weight and floor space are significantly reduced. The following is the research team designed and processed for energy storage system of ternary material cells and battery pack module.
