An analysis of the 2016 Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Report from a technology transfer perspective (VI)

The 2016 Asia-Pacific Knowledge Competitiveness Index shows that Shanghai ranks fifth in knowledge competitiveness, first in the country in the 2015 China Regional Science and Technology Progress Evaluation Report, and fourth in the overall ranking of innovation capacity in the 2015 China Regional Innovation Capacity Report.
