In the afternoon of November 22, 2016, the Shanghai Innovation Network System Service Presentation (Phase I) co-hosted by the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center and the Shanghai Semiconductor Lighting Engineering Technology Association was held inside Shanghai DingHui Technology Co.

The meeting mainly introduced the functions, positioning and service capabilities of the National Technology Transfer East Center and the Shanghai Innovation Network System, and expounded on the functions of the Shanghai Innovation Network System for large technology enterprises in the LED industry. This is the first attempt to promote the service construction of Shanghai's innovation network system, and enterprises have expressed that the innovation vouchers are of far-reaching significance for enterprise development, especially in innovation and research and development, and that they will continue to hold related special docking events in the future to gradually extend the policy to more LED enterprises.

The Eastern Centre provides strong support to the technology transfer market. Universities and research institutes can use the East Center to address the technology needs of enterprises, while enterprises can search for suitable solutions to their needs on the East Center's platform. As a fourth-party platform, the Eastern Center provides various information on supply and demand, as well as signing various agreements to ensure a smooth process of technology transfer.

Up to this month, seven innovation service stations have been put into operation, including Flying Sky, Alignment, Yizheng Technology, Semiconductor Association, Technology Neighbor, Anshui Information Consulting, and Huitiao Library of Intellectual Property Rights, which have held more than 10 events and registered more than 30 technology intermediaries' innovation vouchers.
