On December 17, Chongqing Liangjiang New Area and National Technology Transfer East Center signed a strategic cooperation agreement, under which both sides will build a Shanghai-Chongqing Collaborative Innovation Center in accordance with the principle of "mutual construction and entrusted operation" to help the twin-city economic circle of Chengdu and Chongqing build an important economic center with national influence. The signing activity is of great significance to accelerate the construction of a science and technology innovation center with national influence, further improve the science and innovation ecosystem, and accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading. It is hoped that the two sides will bring into play the linkage of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, conduct deeper and stronger exploration in the field of international technology transfer and transformation, and collaborate and build together in promoting technology transfer and transformation, promoting interoperability of scientific and technological resources, and strengthening the talent training system.
