Leaders of Tianjin Science and Technology Bureau conducted research at the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center and Shanghai International Technology Exchange Market

In the afternoon of November 5, Mr. Dai Yongkang, Secretary of Party Committee and Director of Tianjin Science and Technology Bureau, Mr. Xia Zhenghuai, Deputy Director of Tianjin Science and Technology Bureau, Mr. Liu Huizhong, Second Level Inspector and other leaders visited the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center (hereinafter referred to as "Eastern Center") and Shanghai International Technology Exchange Market. Mr. Liang Bing, Deputy Director of Service Department, and Ms. Zhang Qi, Innovation Department, accompanied the delegation. Mr. Zou Shujun, CEO of National Technology Transfer Eastern Center, and Mr. Chen Chao, Vice President and General Manager of Shanghai International Technology Exchange Market (SITEM), gave a warm reception to the guests.

Accompanied by personnel from the Eastern Center and Shanghai International Technology Exchange Market (SITEM), Mr. Dai and his delegation conducted a site visit to SITEM and held an exchange forum between the two sides. Under the guidance and introduction of Zou Shujun, CEO of the Eastern Center, the visitors visited the physical space of the International Technology Exchange Market and learned more about the history of the Eastern Center's development, strategic layout, international cooperation model and the synergistic exploration of Yangtze River Delta integration. During the introduction, President Zou Shujun showed the Shanghai technology transfer data platform and the Yangtze River Delta integrated collaboration platform based on blockchain technology to the visitors, taking into account the achievements and future development plan of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission in the transformation of technological achievements.
In the subsequent symposium, President Zou Shujun gave a detailed introduction on the business model and development plan of the Eastern Center, and Vice President Chen Chao showed the latest achievements of the Shanghai International Technology Exchange in open innovation and Yangtze River Delta collaborative platform. Mr. Dai Yongkang, Director of the Tianjin Science and Technology Market, introduced the current status of the development of Tianjin's science and technology industry and the construction of research platforms. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, regional information resource collaboration, functional platform operation mechanism, and discussed with Lu Min, Chief Engineer of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission and Liang Bing, Deputy Director of Innovation Department on innovation voucher policy and establishment of new R&D institutions.
At the meeting, Director Dai Yongkang fully recognized the achievements and business model of the platform resources of the Eastern Center and the Shanghai International Technology Exchange Market, praised the leading and guiding role of Shanghai as the national bridgehead of science and technology innovation to Tianjin, and expressed his hope that the two cities would be more closely connected in the future, learn from Shanghai's rich experience in science and technology innovation development, learn from advanced science and technology policies, set up a window for exchange of science and technology resources, and cooperate with Tianjin in the future. The Eastern Center is able to share resources and collaborate for mutual benefit.
