On the afternoon of October 22, 2020 Pujiang Innovation Forum, with the theme of "Scientific and Technological Cooperation and Innovation for Co-Governance", opened in Shanghai. Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council and Prime Minister of Serbia Brnabic delivered video speeches respectively. Li Keqiang, Secretary of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, Wang Zhigang, Minister of Science and Technology, Gong Zheng, Deputy Secretary of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Shanghai, Dong Yunhu, Chairman of Shanghai CPPCC, and Yu Shaoliang, Deputy Secretary of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee attended the opening ceremony of the Forum. During the opening ceremony, Minister of Science and Technology Wang Zhigang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Mayor of Shanghai Gong Zheng jointly launched the Global Technology Transfer Conference Cloud Expo and China Innovation Needs Release.
