The 3rd Yangtze River Delta International Innovation Challenge is an innovation crowdsourcing competition oriented to the innovation needs of enterprises and openly soliciting solutions through the mode of "government platform and competition list". During the Innovation Challenge, Yangpu Science and Technology Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as "Yangchuang") hosted the Industrial Internet Enabling Session. It focuses on the needs arising from the process of industrial upgrading, and links with Yangchuang's incubatees, university research institutes and industry leaders to collect feasible joint technology landing solutions for the needs, and provides necessary assistance in the process of solution improvement and upgrading, application landing, and project replication and promotion.

As a new service agency of the Challenge, Yangchuang actively carried out demand excavation and demand docking, and introduced Nokia Bell, Warburg Pincus, Panasonic Group and other large-scale solution providers in the process. 12 cases have been successfully docked, including important projects such as Ningbo Pier Upgrade, Jiading Smart Light Pole, Zunyi Smart Agriculture Upgrade and so on. In addition to the project itself, it is also an important reference for the upgrade process of similar projects.
