On June 22, Fosun signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center in Shanghai, marking the beginning of an all-round cooperation to promote common development on the basis of complementary advantages, equality and mutual benefit.

The agreement was signed by Eddie Shen, Assistant President of Fosun, Joint Chief Development Officer (CGO), General Manager of C2M Good Products and Strategic Planning and Promotion Department, and Xie Jihua, President of National Technology Transfer Eastern Center, as the representatives of both parties. Mr. Shi Hongyu, General Manager of Fosun's Product and Technology Innovation Center, Mr. Lin Jinbin, Deputy General Manager of Fosun's Product and Technology Innovation Center, Mr. Chen Chao and Mr. Cao Shen, Vice Presidents of National Technology Transfer Eastern Center, and other relevant department heads attended the signing ceremony.

It is reported that Fosun and the East Center have a good foundation for cooperation and have established a close relationship on open innovation. At the 2020 China Innovation Challenge (Shanghai) and the 3rd Yangtze River Delta International Innovation Challenge organized by the East Center, Fosun, as the representative of large enterprises, held a special session for innovation, and used the East Center's platform to release nearly 20 innovation demands from various sectors of Fosun, and obtained more than 50 solutions, and promoted the demands through online roadshows and offline in-depth communication. The docking and matching, where the AR viewing requirement has already been agreed with a project owner.

According to the agreement, the two sides will further expand the scope of cooperation based on the existing cooperation, deepen the comprehensive docking of each sector, give full play to their respective industry and channel advantages, integrate channel resources of both sides, and carry out multi-faceted exchanges and cooperation in the fields of open innovation of large enterprises, technology transfer and transformation, cross-border technology trade, park operation, in-depth industry incubation and operation, technical exhibitions and other fields.
